Conferences, Meetings & Seminars
The Hop Farm offers a range of function areas for meetings, conferences and seminars. All facilities are detailed under the “our Facilities” tab, however in brief:-
- The Dray Conference Suite (can be used for 50-320 delegates)
- The Dray Marquee (ideal as a breakout or lunch area, attached to The Dray)
- Whites Conference Suite (can be used for 10-150 delegates)
- Blacksmiths (a recently converted function room with capacity for up to 100 delegates theatre style or 70 delegates cabaret style)
- Horseshoes (a recently converted function room with capacity for 65 delegates theatre style or 40 guests cabaret style)
All of the function rooms can be hired on a full day or half day basis. A half day event is considered to be one that lasts less than 5 hours.
The Hop Farm offer a wide range of refreshments to be enjoyed during an event.

Also available are a wide selection of lunches from a basic sandwich lunch, finger buffet, fork buffet or three course lunch.
If you prefer, with a minimum of 15 delegates you can opt to utilize our Day Delegate Rate, which is £30.00+VAT per person. This includes room hire of the most suitable room for your delegate numbers, tea / coffee / pastries on arrival, mid morning and mid afternoon tea / coffee / biscuits, a two course lunches below, unlimited water & cordials and a flipchart with pad & pens.
For your a/v equipment needs, The Hop Farm works closely with a preferred supplier who can assist with all elements, from a simple pull up screen through to a full conference set package.
